Day 141

Betsy and I got up really early to drop off Katie at the airport today. After that we went to a beach by the airport that we had planned to snorkel at but the beach is a mess right now, the waves are huge. not good for snorkeling. Jen and Elizabeth leave tomorrow morning really early so Betsy will be up again for that. Three and a half days left.

Day 139

I'm not that sick today. Not that I'm not sick but I'm not that sick. “If through a broken heart God can bring His purposes to pass in the world, then thank Him for breaking your heart.” ― Oswald Chambers So today I'm thankful, and not that sick. I really had a great day today. All the kids were happy, Mizael and I got in a car accident. It was a plastic car so it was really fun. He was squeezed into this tiny car with his feet hanging out the front window. I was pushing the car from behind. I'm sure as he imagined it we blew a front tire and careened off the road. The car tipped over and he scrapped his arm. I tripped over him and the car and took off the front of my toe. I have never seen Mizael so excited! He reenacted the whole thing like five times. It was a great bonding experience. We walked over to Betsy and she bandaged up our wounds. Then we paraded around showing off our battle scares. Then this afternoon Saul, Betsy, Leo and I went to the pool. "We had mighty good weather as a general thing, and nothing ever happened to us at all"-Mark Twain

Day 138

I know I know, I missed a day. I am sick, sick I am. Yesterday night I found myself in the sickly state that I found myself and decided to medicate. I took a little bit of cough syrup and before I new it I was far to tired to write a blog, quite the conundrum. Anyway its today... again. We played the bells again! I intend to post a few of our best song on YouTube. If you can't find my YouTube account ask the nearest young person to help you(or send me an angry email for that comment). I think we did well, and I think the four old ladies crying in the front row would agree with me. I'm only hear for six more days. Saul is my favorite, as we were in the parking lot of the hotel that our performance was at he saw a smart car parked next to the van and began to laugh hysterically. I thing they're ridiculous too man.

Day 136

Monday December 12, eight days left. Bell performances on Wednesday and Friday this week, the last week. It wasn't raining today so I went crazy with the lawn mower. Then I went crazy with the weed whacker till it ran out of gas. Then I took a shower because I was covered in grass. Other than that I didn't do a whole lot today. I'm trying to not be sick anymore. I'm progressing through the usually symptoms quickly so I'll be better soon I'm sure. We were expecting visitors today but they never came. We planed to play the bells for them. I pretty much have all my bell parts figured out. Sad thing is it took me until the last week of school to do it.

Day 135

Nine and a half days left. If you live in Puerto Rico read line A, If you live in California read line B. If neither A nor B applies to you read them both, there both true anyway.
A.I wish I could stay here forever. I am going to miss everyone here. I'm going to miss everything about my life here. I don't want to leave.
B.Only nine more days! I can't wait to see my friends and family again! I miss everyone. I already have a list of thing I want to do the second I get home.
